I have moments when I just want to hug strangers in New York. Today it's her: tearing up the streets in this little number with a smile to boot. Is it just me or does she make you want to jump up and down and scream, "YES!!!! Thank you for being alive!". No sub zero temperature was going to come between her and her turquoise. No way.
