Wow, Erin...I have to say I'm kind of shocked. You've obviously been in business for awhile and yet clearly are lacking in your professional business acumen when it comes to your HR hiring practices. I am sure that Mikey is great for morale...but what about the bottom line? Mullets always speak to a professional attitude...but if you included baton throwing as a part of their overall performance requirements you'd have a much better sense of their multi-tasking capabilities and stress threshold. Y'know, just tryin' to help. ;)

I'm a firm believer that eating a ton of our frosting makes you more attractive (I think it's almost scientifically proven?). Needless to say these kids have had their fair share.
