I totally screamed with excitement when I saw this photo that Maritza from North Carolina emailed us. She made the Sweet Paradise cake adorned with Hello Kitty toppers. I don't know about anyone else, but if I were her daughter I would have hugged this cake. Yay Maritza!! ![]()
Do you have photos of recipes you've made from the BabyCakes cookbook? We'd love to see them! Email us your photos and we'll post them on our blog!

I just want to let you know my husband made me the chocolate drizzle crumb cake for my 40th! bday! 4 decades of birthdays and that is my tastiest cake yet!
It also traveled well and stayed so moist. I ate it over 2 days in Martha's Vineyard. ahhhh. the sweet life.
Thanks for publishing this book!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got my Babycakes book in the mail yesterday and have just got the last batch of double choc chip cookies out of the oven. The house smells wonderful and several cookies have disappeared from the cooling rack already!! My husband (who usually hates my gluten free baking attempts) has just snuck back into the kitchen for more. No time to take photos ...need to get some cookies for myself before they all disappear!
Hello there...just wanted to say that my son Mark (the Knark on Twitter) loves BabyCakes..when he visits New York he makes his way to your bakery...I haved never been to New York City but do plan to go there for my honeymoon next year and I can't wait to visit Baby Cakes!!!!! By the way, my son makes a lot of your recipes too and he is quite a chef himself..cooking is his passion...I hope he opens up something just like this in Canada...he is thinking of Montreal..I think it would be wonderful! Either his own bakery or a franchise..is Baby Cakes a private family owned business?
