I got an email from a colleague of Gwyneth Paltrow's for her website Goop a little while ago asking if I wanted to be a part of their upcoming newsletters. I almost fell over because I live for Goop. The first time I read it, I couldn't believe there was someone out there who was interested in all the same things as me. Her recipes were simple and delicious (she too believes that Vegenaise could possibly be added to the mother sauce list) and I've totally chiseled my shoulder muscles following her Tracy Anderson sculpting videos. So, of course I said yes! You can click to read it here. It's worth it, y'all. There are 4 recipes! Clink this highlighted thingy:

I'm so ready to propose.

Do you have the Calorie count and the Carb count for these recipes. I have a 15 month old grandson that was just diagnosed with juvenile diabetes type 1 and I'm looking for recipes for goodies that I can make for him.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I am embarrassed to say I'd never heard of babycakes until I got my GOOP email this morning. You have just found a fan for life. My 7-year-old nephew (actually, he'd want me to say he's 7-and-three-quarters) is intolerant to practically EVERYTHING and making him sweet treats is 15 phone calls to his mother: Can he have this? ... No? ... How about this? ... OK? ... phew! I'll be buying a cookbook for my sister, my mom, my sister-in-law in Califoria and one for myself, so the kid can go nuts on options! You are the best!!! (PS -- If you're looking for somewhere else to open a store, please bring a "babycakes" to Chicago!!)
G'day from Australia !!
I too only found out about you from my GOOP email. Your baking sounds amazing and I can't wait to try it.
We are just slowly cutting out meat and preservatives etc so are keen to try new things and definitely don't want to cut out sweets. I have a son who has nut allergies and a husband who has allergies to milk and cooking oil. I am allergic to heaps of fruit. My other son so far doesn't have any allergies and I don't want to leave it loo late to change our very bad eating habits so they get hooked on modern eating.
We now have a very thriving vege garden and are making all our own sauces and chutneys.
Thank you for your website and maybe one day you could open a store in Melbourne Australia?
Regards
Lynda
I found out about you through GOOP too! and I made the cupcakes this weekend!!!! Fabulous! Thank you so much for being you!!! You are awesome!
I found you through the Celiac Chicks and got to try your goodies back in May of this year. Everything I tried was wonderful! Please consider Houston for one of your 20 expansion stores. We would love to have you here!

Is there any chance you can send me the editors info?
Thanks so much!

Let me know if you have any time to chat.
Thanks XO,
elena
I have just seen you on my GOOP email and can't wait to buy your book! I LOVE baking but with two young children I struggle to 'substitute' in order to cut out sugar, wheat etc and still get that wonderful feeling of eating something special and a real treat.
We would love you over in London if you ever think of opening up over here!
Thanks, Lisa.
I am thrilled to have found you!!! You look like you are having so much fun in your videos and your donuts look amazing.....eeek....I could go on and on and on...but you have so many fans I'll just say...I'm ready to propose too.
You are brilliant!!! Like you didn't know ;)
I used to live in NYC but moved back home to Stockholm, Sweden... now back in US and I am spoiled by some gluten-free vegan-free bakeries in Sweden.
PLEASE come to Charlotte, NC... nothing like this exists here. Many people who I meet at Trader Joe's and EarthFare would be there every day. I might sleep over :)
Keep being great and a true inspiration!
Just found your cookbook and such an inspiration! I am a foodie that has just decided to add no dairy/eggs to my vegetarian diet. I have friends with gluten issues and know it is better for everyone to leave it off. Your recipes are REAL FOOD that are beautiful, sweet and sure look tasty! Authentic, ethical~the wave of the future! I have a question though...why no mention of almond milk or Earth Balance spread? Will almond milk sub for the soy?
