Holy holy. We've finally passed the very last of our inspections and we're opening this Sunday at 10am and serving it up till 8pm! I can't tell you how many anxiety-sweat bullets were flying around during our final health inspection but we made it!!!! That guy on the way left is Greg, our inspector of health and good tidings, and he said it was true.
Ok, I have to start doing my hair now (what? it takes like 3 days to get it just so). See you Sunday!!!!

BabyCakes seems awesome for Vegans. Remember that this is only one choice for people who are Vegans and suffer from Gluten intolerance. Sugar Beets Bakery is another wonderful bakery that is coming soon to the online order world! It is already at Juicy Ladies in Woodland Hills, will be at Pangea(biggest online vegan store, and Whole Foods Markets. I have tried their donut holes and chocolate chip cookies. Oh my god, I died and went to heaven. They are more like Heavenly Holes!!
Chocolate Chip cookies are so addicting. I go every week and purchase at least five bags. Prices are great and they can be contacted about other products, parties, catering, and special requests through an online submit form. Watch out BabyCakes you may have some competition!!
It's my boyfriend's birthday today, so we ventured over to downtown LA to visit the bakery, and the chocolate dipped donut is honestly the best donut I have ever consumed. Vegan or not. I'm sad I didn't buy more, and also sad it is a far and stressful drive since there is always traffic in LA. Thank you for being wonderful and making not only vegan, but gluten-free treats as well, since my boyfriend just found out he is also gluten intolerant and is having a rather hard time with it. You're all wonderful and I'm buying your cookbook asap, as my baked goods never turn out since becoming vegan.
