oh, i love you babycakes!
not sure if these are worthy photos for your hall of fame, but simply wanted to share how we love baking from your cookbook and my daughter and i (both lactose intolerant) enjoy them so much!! the best part is vegan haters love the cakes i bake from the book. i always wanted to share photos with you anyways to send my gratitude. so here you go! blueberry crumbcake and zucchini muffins.
our favorite so far are chocolate chip cookies and red devils cake!

In your babycakes cookbook, can I replace:
Bob's Red Mill Gluten free all purpose baking flour for spelt flour?
agave nectar for evaporated can juice?
To the Babycakes team: I just want to say how much I love your bakery, and how much i love love LOVE your cookbook! I just got it and have been super-excited to try all the recipes. This is an especially big step for me, because I really don't cook or bake at all, but I love your treats so much that I wanted to give it a try. Thank you for inspiring me to be more adventurous AND food-conscious!
