Oh, you know me! Always posing for pictures and stuff. This time it's for LA Weekly's annual People Issue. I was especially excited about this one because I live for LA Weekly's weekend guides when I'm in town. Check it out here!!!

i made the vanilla frosting put in fridge for 6 hrs plus to runny so added more coconut oil to it now its tooooo thick lumpy. any way of saving all this and getting it to the right thickness????
Did you put the frosting back in the food processor and puree with the added coconut oil? When my frosting was too thin I added more of both the soy milk powder and coconut oil, then pureed. It was awesome.
