We have a TV show over here in the UK called 'The Great British Bake Off' and I am hooked even though non of the competition receipes are allergy friendly- however they are inspiring and I am currently trying to figure out a Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Egg Free Croissant recipe too. Hmmmmm feeling competative at all?!! I'll have to FedEx you one of mine!!!xcx
